Chilli (Large Red Serrano)

Description:

Elongated cylinder, blunt end.

50 - 75mm long, 10 - 15mm wide at the shoulder.

Green turning Red in colour depending on maturity.

Native to Mexico and South-West America.

Red versions are slightly sweeter than the green counterparts.

Ideal for sauces, guacomole, relishes, vegetable dishes, seasoning and garnishes.
