Bullhorn Red Capsicum
Description
- Long, slightly curved tapering to a blunt point
- 150 - 250mm long, 20 - 40mm wide at the shoulder
- Green turning Red in colour depending on maturity
- Originates from Italy around the 1920′s
- Mainly used for stuffing and makes for a great substitute for ordinary capsicum
- Sweet in flavour
