Bullhorn Red Capsicum

Description

  • Long, slightly curved tapering to a blunt point
  • 150 - 250mm long, 20 - 40mm wide at the shoulder
  • Green turning Red in colour depending on maturity
  • Originates from Italy around the 1920′s
  • Mainly used for stuffing and makes for a great substitute for ordinary capsicum
  • Sweet in flavour
